Alec gave instructions to Ryan as to where the portal to his world was. He waited outside of the portal to make sure Ryan didn't miss it. As they were going frog hunting he wore his play clothes which were stained and patched in some places. He had a jar with him and a bag of snacks.

His friend Jono waited at the pond. When he'd heard about Ryan he wanted to meet him too. Mostly to check out this potential rival for his best friend's attention.

What Alec mostly wanted to do was show Ryan the joys of frog catching and hoped that it would work.

I've got a loose tooth. Mel mentioned a tooth fairy. I don't know what the tooth fairy is. Maybe Triv knows. I don't know why a fey would take someone's tooth and leave something shiny. It's not something that the fey do.

My tooth is wiggly and feels funny.

I talked to a funny man. He works for a god called god which is silly. Gods should have proper names other wise you can't tell them apart.

I met a shiny man who talked funny and a python. They were very nice though the shiny man scared me. He said he was sorry though.

I think I'm still lost. Or maybe my mommy's lost. I need to find her. I'm very hungry though. And tired.
